The towns of Bristol and Warren will be hosting another ART night tonight 9/27 from 5-9 pm. This free event occurs on the last Thursday of the month and will continue until November. Think gallery stroll with a twist as “ART Night” provides access to the inner workings of artists’ studios. Each monthly event features two local artists who open their studio doors for an up-close and personal look at where their work is created. A free trolley service runs between galleries and studios in the two towns, and local shops and restaurants are offering special incentives. The location for this weekend’s ART night is at the Bristol Workshops In Photography 4 Franklin St Bristol, RI 02809 (401) 253-2351 and will feature the artists, Stephen Brigidi (photography) and Tom Culora (mixed media).
This weekend is your last chance to take part in the Pawtucket Arts Festival. The festival wraps up wtih the 13th Annual Pawtucket Film Festival ($10 includes T-shirt, music, food & beverages) on Friday 9/28 and the City of Pawtucket 14th Annual Photo Contest Awards (free) on Saturday 9/29 at 4pm. Both events are at the Visitor Center.
